SEBI mandates all Registered Investment Advisers (RIAs) to display investor complaints status. Investors may contact the Investment Adviser directly for grievance redressal. Complaints may be sent to harendrazatakiya@gmail.com.
How to Raise a Concern or File a Complaint
If you have a grievance, please contact us directly in the first instance. We acknowledge complaints and strive to resolve them expeditiously, but not later than 21 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to SEBI through the SCORES portal or the SMART ODR platform. Physical complaints may be sent to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, SEBI, Mumbai.
